2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Some events may be age-restricted (for example, 21+). If an event is age-restricted, you agree that you meet the age requirement and understand you may be denied entry if you cannot provide valid identification.
3. Event Information, Changes, and Entry
Event details, locations, schedules, performers, and programming may change. We may modify or cancel events due to weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, low attendance, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur if an event changes or is canceled.
Admission is subject to venue policies, capacity limits, and reasonable conduct standards. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or violation of venue rules.
4. Tickets, Purchases, and Refunds
Tickets may be sold or processed through third-party ticketing platforms. When you purchase tickets through a third party, their terms and policies may also apply.
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific event page or required by law. If refunds are offered for a specific event, the refund rules, deadlines, and method will be described on the event page or in the ticketing checkout flow.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party ticketing systems, including failed transactions, delivery delays, or platform outages.
5. Vendor Village and Third-Party Services
Some events may include vendors, sponsors, tastings, performers, or third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, promotions, claims, or actions. Any purchases or interactions you have with vendors or third parties are solely between you and the third party.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our events may include food and beverage offerings, including non-alcoholic beverages and partner tastings. You are responsible for your own health decisions, dietary restrictions, allergies, and ingredient sensitivities. Always review ingredients and consult a medical professional if you have concerns.

7. Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending an ERA Club event, you acknowledge and agree that photos, audio, and video may be captured during the event. You grant ERA CLUB, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media for promotional, marketing, and business purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from all background capture.
8. Text Message and Email Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ERA CLUB, LLC, including automated messages.
Message frequency may vary. Msg and data rates may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERA CLUB, LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Services or an event will not exceed the amount you paid to ERA CLUB, LLC for the applicable ticket or service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ERA CLUB, LLC and its owners, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, attendance at events, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
