Before you buy.

Do I have to do every class?

Not at all. Some people do all three, some people do one and spend the rest of the night on the vendor floor with a drink in hand, and both are completely normal here.

What if I'm not in shape?

Every class is coached and scaled, so you go at whatever level you're at, and nobody is watching you as closely as you think.

Can I come alone?

Yes, and a lot of people do. Everyone here is meeting someone new, so showing up solo is the normal way to do this.

Is there parking?

Street and lot parking around the NORA District. Give yourself a few extra minutes on a Friday evening.

What should I wear?

Something you can actually move in, because you will sweat. Bring a change if you want to be comfortable for the rest of the night.

Is it 18 and up?

Yes, 18 and up, and all sales are final.
