First time on the Jax Beaches

So what is this?

Wellness Gone Wild is a night out. You come and work out with a room full of people, you try the cold plunge, you play pickleball, you meet the local wellness businesses set up all over the building, and then everyone goes upstairs and the DJ keeps going, except nobody is drinking and nobody wakes up wrecked on Sunday.

We've been running these all over South Florida for a year, and November 7 is the first one on the Jax Beaches, so Fusion Fitness gave us their whole building for the night.

6:00 PM

Doors and check in

Come early, because the first 75 people through the door get a goodie bag full of stuff from our partners.

6:00 to 8:30 PM

Classes all night

Strength and HIIT on the training floor, Pilates in the studio and a dance class, running one after another, so you can do all of them or just the ones you want.

Cold plunge, pickleball and the arcade

The plunge is set up out front, the full size pickleball court is open play, and the arcade room is open when you need a break.

The vendor floor

Local wellness, food and lifestyle businesses set up through the whole building, so walk around and meet them between classes.

The after party upstairs

Everyone heads up to the lounge and bar, the DJ moves up too, and you hang out with the people you just worked out with. Same ticket.

Fusion is a 20,000 square foot private members club a couple of blocks from the beach, with a full size pickleball court, an MMA room, a training floor, an arcade and a lounge with a bar upstairs, and on November 7 we have all of it.

When the last class ends everyone heads up to the lounge and bar, so you can grab a zero proof drink, keep dancing, and actually hang out with the people you just worked out with. It's the same ticket and the same building, and you'll feel fine in the morning.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I have to do every class?

No, some people do all of them and some people do one and spend the rest of the night on the vendor floor and upstairs, and either way is totally fine.

What if I'm not in shape?

Every class is coached and you go at your own pace, and most of the room is just trying something new too.

Can I come alone?

Yes, and a lot of people do, and you'll be talking to someone by the second class.

Is there really no alcohol?

Correct, nothing we serve or promote has alcohol in it, and that's the whole point of the night.

I'm a Fusion member, do I need a ticket?

No, you get in free, just check in at the front desk with your membership.

Is there parking?

Yes, Fusion's lot plus the overflow lot right next door.

What should I wear?

Workout clothes and sneakers, because you will sweat, and bring a change if you want to be comfortable upstairs after.

Is it 18 and up?

Yes, and tickets are non refundable.
